Membership

Terms of membership

  1. I.

    Membership

    Membership is limited to family, granted by approval of the administrator, and may be suspended at the administrator's discretion. Members must be 18 or older.

  2. II.

    Requests

    Each request for funds is reviewed individually. Submitting a request does not guarantee funding, and the fund may decline any request.

  3. III.

    Agreements

    Funds are provided only under a written offer that states the amount, the due date and any other terms. Accepting an offer creates an obligation to repay the stated amount by the due date. Accepted terms do not change afterwards.

  4. IV.

    Disbursement

    Funds are usually sent within one to two business days of acceptance. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Nothing is owed until funds have been sent.

  5. V.

    Repayment

    Repayments are made to the administrator directly. Early and partial repayments are accepted. A repayment is credited when the administrator confirms its receipt.

  6. VI.

    Record

    Every transaction is entered in a permanent ledger. Errors are corrected by a recorded reversal, never by erasing an entry.

  7. VII.

    Standing

    Limits are set by the administrator and reviewed against a record of timely repayment. Activity in the member forum has no bearing on funding.

  8. VIII.

    Privacy

    Other members see your username, your medallion and your date of birth with its zodiac sign. Your legal name, contact details, payment destination, balances, agreements and requests are seen only by you and the administrator.

  9. IX.

    Conduct

    Posts in the member forum must be courteous. The administrator may remove any post.
